UK DELIVERY
Order before 2PM Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. Any orders received after the cut-off time, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.
- Royal Mail Tracked48: £2.95 | Estimated 2-5 days delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked24: £3.95 (FREE for orders over £50) | Estimated 1-2 days delivery.
- Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm: £11.95 (£8.95 for orders over £50) | Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.

- Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm: Royal Mail guarantees delivery attempts by 1pm the next working day (excluding public holidays). Some addresses have exceptions; you can find a breakdown of these addresses below.
- Royal Mail Tracked48 and Tracked24 Delivery Times: Please note that Royal Mail Tracked48 and Tracked24 delivery times are not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure your order reaches you within the stated times, external factors beyond our control can occasionally affect delivery. This excludes Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm. Some addresses have exceptions; you can find a breakdown of these addresses below.
- Tracking Notifications: You can track your order here. Royal Mail will inform you about any delivery timescales and potential delays through email.
- Special Delivery: For Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm, a signature is required upon delivery.
- Correct Shipping Address: Make sure your shipping address is accurate. Providing an incomplete or incorrect address, or not being available to receive the delivery, may cause delays in your order's arrival.
- Bank Holiday Orders: Orders placed during Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched on the next working day. Note that there are no Royal Mail deliveries on Bank Holidays.
- Select A Future Delivery Date: We provide a free future dated delivery service for most UK postcodes (exceptions apply. Please see below). To use it, simply place your order using "Select A Future Delivery Date" options at checkout. Email support@hamperwell.com with your desired delivery date after ordering. Please note that if you have selected a Monday delivery, your order will be shipped on Friday and Royal Mail might attempt their first delivery on Saturday. For guaranteed delivery, consider Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm.
- Postcode Exceptions - Please see a list of postcodes below which may take 1-2 days longer to arrive, due to their location.
- Fine Foods Hampers: Please note that our Fine Foods Hampers are currently shipped by our partner company and will arrive separately and on a different timescale to that shown at the checkout. Unfortunately they are unable to ship these across to Northern Ireland at this time.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK
For customers outside the UK, please keep the following in mind:
- Delivery Time: European orders will be sent through Royal Mail's International Tracked service, taking approximately 3-5 working days for delivery. Keep in mind that unexpected customs audits might lead to longer delivery times.
- Alcoholic Goods: Unfortunately, we're unable to send alcoholic products to Europe due to country-specific restrictions.
- Pricing Zones: Europe is divided into four pricing zones as follows:
- Zone 1: Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Sweden, France, Germany, Spain - £6.95
- Zone 2: Austria, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Italy - £9.95
- Zone 3: Belgium, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Norway - £11.95
- Zone 4: Croatia, Finland, Malta, Cyprus - £13.95
- Customs Duties: We operate on the IOSS so all custom duties are covered by us, and is incorporated in the price you pay at checkout.
- Fine Foods Hampers: Please note that we are currently unable to ship these hampers overseas, due to weight restrictions.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
You have a 30-minute window to make changes to your order after placing it. If you want to swap products, modify gift messages, change the shipping address, cancel, or get a refund, please do so within 30 minutes of ordering on our website. While we'll do our best to help, please note that we focus on fast shipping, which might limit our ability to edit orders. For any help or to request changes, reach out to us at support@hamperwell.com.
EASY RETURNS
