Europe & International Delivery

We are pleased to announce that we are now offering a complete delivery service throughout the whole of Europe, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and USA.


All orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be despatched on the same day.  Any orders received after 12pm, or on a Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.


At this time we can only accept orders for single bouquets for these countries, as our couriers charge per item. Should you wish to order more than one bouquet, please place a separate order for each bouquet that you wish to send.


Every bouquet will be sent through Royal Mail's international network partners, and will require a signature upon arrival.  Please ensure that you fill out the delivery details as accurately as possible, as different countries have different formats and requirements. For all European countries, we expect your parcel to arrive within 3-5 working days. For all other international locations we expect your parcel to arrive within 5-7 working days. Full tracking information will be sent with your order despatch notification.


Your bouquet will be wrapped securely and parcelled inside an extra strength box, to ensure it arrives safely.  We send out over 10,000 bouquets a month with couriers and encounter very few problems.  However, in the unlikely event that there is any damage to the bouquet inside then please send through some pictures of the damage (along with a picture of the box and packing slip) and we shall arrange for either a refund or free replacement to be sent out straight away.


Please ensure that if you are sending a bouquet to someone as a gift, that they are aware of the delivery day and time.  All of our parcels require a signature, and as such if the recipient is not aware of the delivery then they may not be in at the time of delivery. The courier will hold the parcel for 3 working days after a delivery attempt has been made, so please ensure that the recipient has made contact with the courier prior to this time, to avoid your gift being returned.
