We deliver across the whole of the UK, Ireland and all European countries using Royal Mail delivery service. For more information click here.
How will my gift arrive?
Your gift will come exactly as shown in a stylish postal box, ready to give directly to the recipient. While we regularly create new designs, the actual box you receive might vary to match available stock, even though our images will reflect the latest version. Please note that our designer postal boxes primarily serve as protective packaging during shipping and can also be used as a gift box if they arrive intact.
Can I select a specific delivery date?
We provide a free future dated delivery service for most UK postcodes (exceptions apply. Please click here). To use it, simply place your order using "Select A Future Delivery Date" options at checkout. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your desired delivery date after ordering. Please note that if you have selected a Monday delivery, your order will be shipped on Friday and Royal Mail might attempt their first delivery on Saturday. Our courier doesn’t deliver on Sundays. For guaranteed delivery, consider Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Service Before 1pm.
Can I add a gift message?
Absolutely - in fact we recommend that you do if your gift is being sent to someone other than yourself. Please add your gift message on the product page and we will print these on to a small gift card and place it inside the gift box. Please refrain from using emoji's in your gift message as these do not print and leave a blank space.
What is the best before date of your gifts?
Because all of our gifts are made fresh every day, we are able to offer the best possible 'best before' dates. We inspect every item individually and display the earliest date on the front of the delivery box. Many of our gifts carry at least 3 month's shelf life. If you are looking to order in advance then please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to advise the current date on a specific gift.
Do you include any paperwork/billing information in the parcels?
As we know that the majority of gifts are sent directly to the recipient and not the buyer, we do not include any paperwork in with our parcels, other than a packing slip that does not contain any prices or buyer information.
Your invoice will be sent electronically to the email address provided at the checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express. You can also checkout using PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shop Pay.
How do you use discount codes?
Simply enter your code at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Please refer to product pages for discount code eligibility.
